Face
I think the easiest way to tell if I had a good or bad day, would be to look at my face.
And look to see if I broke out or have like pimples or something.
I don’t know why but I always seem to break out or show bumps on my cheeks when in stressed. Doctor said it was the nerve endings flaring up.

I feel as though I might be wasting my time on this one.
